Oklahoma Law, (63 § O.S. 1-738.3; 1-746.3; 1-746.4) requires the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision to publish, in English and Spanish, the following printed materials and on a stable Internet website: (a) geographically indexed materials of public and private agencies that are available to assist a woman through pregnancy, upon childbirth, and while the child is dependent, (b) objective, nonjudgmental and accurate scientific information about the unborn child at the various gestational ages, (c) and objective information describing common abortion procedures and risks commonly associated with the procedures as well as the common risks associated with carrying a child to term.

The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision is required to notify each physician who becomes newly licensed to practice in this state and notify all physicians licensed to practice in this state of the above statutes on an annual basis (63 § O.S. 1-738.3; 1-746.6)
